Highlights of the journey
Pu Luong 3 Days 2 Nights is a captivating adventure through one of Vietnam’s most serene and authentic landscapes. On Day 1, depart from Hanoi and arrive at Pu Luong, where you’ll explore the peaceful Don Village and the traditional craft of Lan Ngoai Brocade Village, before enjoying the natural beauty of Hieu Waterfall. On Day 2, embark on an unforgettable trek through Bang Village, Kho Muong Village, and the mysterious Bat Cave, passing through remote hamlets like Pon Village, Nua Village, and Lung Cao Village where local culture comes to life. On Day 3, visit the vibrant Doan Street Market, explore the charming Chieng Lau Village, and enjoy a relaxing bamboo raft or kayak ride along the scenic Cham Stream, followed by a visit to the tranquil Chay Cave before returning to Hanoi.
Schedule
DAY 1: Hanoi – Don Village – Lan Ngoai Brocade Craft Village – Hieu Waterfall
07:00: Our vehicle and tour guide pick you up at the hotel in the old quarter area or office from Hanoi to Pu Luong 180km (4 Hours). On the way, our group stops at Hoa Binh for 15 minutes.
11:30: We arrive in Pu Luong, then have lunch and check in to rest.
13:30: Depart for Don village by motorbike or car to explore the simple and idyllic life of the Thai ethnic people. Enjoy the fresh air and see the beautiful mountains, forests, and terraced fields. On the way to visit Hieu waterfall, we visit Lan Ngoai brocade craft village to learn about the culture of the craft village here. At Hieu waterfall, a waterfall with three levels, where we can bathe and enjoy the cool atmosphere.
17:30: The tour guide leads our group back to the Homestay.
19:00: Have dinner and have free time to rest.
DAY 2: Full Day Trekking (18km) To Bang Village – Kho Muong Village – Bat Cave – Pon Village – Nua Village and Nua Stream – Lung Cao Village
07:00: Have breakfast at Homestay.
08:00: Depart from the homestay to visit Bang village. Bang village is surrounded by poetic terraced rice fields - a unique gift bestowed by nature. It is most beautiful during rice season or pouring water season. Going along the road, visitors can visit villages with the culture and life of the people here, most of whom are Thai people.
*: In addition to the terraced fields, Bang village is more poetic because along the trail there are two small streams leading the way to visit the Kho Muong nature reserve, the first village in Pu Luong located in the Kho Muong valley.
*: An extremely interesting place to explore is Hang Doi (Bat Cave), a cave with many beautiful and unspoiled stalactites, especially stalactites shaped like kingkongs and other shapes. In this cave, there are many types of bats that live here according to each season.
10:00: Next, we trek through high mountains to reach Pon village, Lung Cao. On the way, we stop on the hill to see the panoramic view of the valley of Kho Muong village, along the Pu Luong natural forest trail, we can encounter groups of monkeys, squirrels, and countless flocks of birds in the forest. Going through a slightly difficult road slope, we go to Pon village, along the small road, our group go to Nua village, these 3 villages belong to Lung Cao commune, mostly Muong ethnic people.
12:30: On the way, we find a peaceful place to have lunch or have lunch at Nua stream and bathe in Nua stream.
14:00 – 14:30: We continue our journey along the main road in Lung Cao commune, past schools leading to Lung Cao football field.
16:00 – 16:30: The vehicle picks up our group at Lung Cao football field to take our group back to the homestay to rest.
18:30: Have dinner at Homestay.
DAY 3: Doan Street – Chieng Lau Village – Cham Stream – Chay Cave
Morning: Wake up early to capture the moment when the clouds still surround the beautiful mountains.
07:30: Have breakfast and start moving to Doan street weekly market to buy specialties and souvenirs. (If on Thursday and Sunday weekly market days).
*: Continue to Cham stream tourist area to see the giant water piles and participate in exciting kayaking or bamboo rafting on the river and walk 700 meters to visit and explore Chay cave with beautiful wild stalactites, the most beautiful and deepest cave in Pu Luong. On the way back, our group can bathe in Cham stream.
12:00: Have lunch and rest before the vehicle takes our group back to Hanoi.
13:00: The vehicle picks up our group to Hanoi.
18:30: End of memorable 3 days 2 nights Pu Luong tour. The vehicle takes you back to the hotel in the center of the old quarter.

CHILDEN’S POLICY
- From 1-4 years old: Free of charge, sharing the service with parents (Surcharged 15 usd/seat if request a private seat for child from 1-4 years old)
- From 5-8 years old: 75% of charge (Appy for 1 child, the second child will be charged 100% of adults)
- From 9 years old and up : 100% of adults
