Schedule

DAY 1 | HANOI – BEIJING (Lunch, Dinner)

06:30: The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the designated meeting point and take you to Noi Bai International Airport for the flight VN (10:10 – 14:45) to Beijing. A light meal will be served on the plane.

14:45: Upon arrival in Beijing, the vehicle will take you to the hotel to check in and rest.

For dinner, you will enjoy the flavors of the specialty Peking duck.

DAY 2 | BEIJING – GREAT WALL (Three Meals)

07:30: You will have breakfast at the hotel, then the vehicle will take you to visit:

  • Great Wall of China – the only man-made wonder visible from the moon, this site has witnessed nearly a million sunrises. Time has not faded its beauty; the Great Wall remains an eternal guardian of the land.
  • You will receive a free health check and consultation at the famous traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy Tong Ren Tang.
  • Visit the gemstone center in Beijing.

Lunch will be served at a restaurant.

Afternoon: You will visit:

  • Thirteen Tombs (Chang Ling) – the burial site of 13 Ming Dynasty emperors. The Thirteen Tombs were constructed from 1409 to 1644, spanning over 40 square kilometers, surrounded by a 40-kilometer wall. Each tomb sits atop a hill and is connected to the others by a path called the “Sacred Way,” flanked by stone statues of guards, camels, elephants, and mythical beasts protecting the tombs.

The stone gate to the tomb, built in 1540, stands 14 meters high and 19 meters wide.

  • Visit and take souvenir photos outside the Bird’s Nest Stadium – the venue for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
  • Dinner will be served at a restaurant.

DAY 3 | BEIJING – SHANGHAI (Three Meals)

07:30: You will have breakfast at the hotel, then visit:

  • Tiananmen Square the world’s largest square, the political heart of Beijing, featuring the Great Hall of the People, Mao Zedong Mausoleum, and Heroes’ Monument.
  • Forbidden City – (Purple Forbidden City) with its 9,999.5 majestic halls, the residence of Chinese emperors for nearly 500 years. It is the largest and best-preserved palace in the world.
  • Bamboo Store – showcasing household items made from bamboo, or shopping at the Beijing Natural Rubber Store.

After lunch, you will visit:

  • Summer Palace – the summer retreat of Empress Dowager Cixi, featuring Cixi Palace, Incense Tower, Kunming Lake, Longevity Hall, where you can witness the lavish lifestyle of this famous woman in Chinese history.
  • Learn about Pixiu culture at the Beijing Feng Shui Center.
  • Free shopping at commercial centers like Yaxiu or Wangfujing.

After dinner at a restaurant, you will return to the hotel to rest.

DAY 4 | Beijing - Shanghai (Three Meals)

07:30: You will have breakfast at the hotel, then the group will take a high-speed train to Shanghai. Upon arrival, travelers will be amazed by the vibrancy and modernity of this city. Though a young city with about 100 years of development, today Shanghai is the wealthiest city and the largest economic and financial hub in China.

The Huangpu River flows gently through the city, dividing Shanghai into Pudong and Puxi. Puxi still bears the strong imprint of the bustling former foreign concessions when capitalism entered China. The Pudong area boasts modern skyscrapers and architectural marvels: the 101-story Jin Mao Tower and the 468-meter Oriental Pearl Tower.

You will visit: People’s Square, Nanpu Bridge, The Bund, and take photos at the base of the Oriental Pearl Tower – the tallest tower in Asia and third tallest in the world.

Visit and shop at the Shanghai Silk Store and enjoy free shopping on Nanjing Road.

After dinner, you can join an optional Huangpu River cruise to admire the beautiful scenery of the city’s East and West banks under the colorful lights of towering buildings, or explore Shanghai by night via the subway (at your own expense).

DAY 5 | SHANGHAI – HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)

You will have breakfast at the hotel, then visit: Jade Buddha Temple, and Chenghuang Temple. Shop at the Shanghai Gemstone Center.

Lunch at a restaurant.

After lunch, the vehicle will take you to the airport for the VN flight (15:25 – 17:55) back to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, the vehicle will pick you up and bring you back to the city center. End of the China Tours program. Goodbye and see you again.

  • Single room supplement, tips for guide and driver: 5 USD/guest/tour day
  • Olympic complex entrance fees, VAT (if guests request VAT invoice)

Notes:

  • Guests must submit a passport valid for at least 6 months + 2 photos (4 x 6 cm, white background)
  • Deposit 7,000,000 VND/guest upon tour registration, remaining amount to be paid 8 days before departure.
  • Child rates apply when sharing a bed with parents.
  • For foreign nationals: Detailed consultation on procedures is required when booking the service.
  • The program includes visits to designated shopping points; if guests do not follow the schedule, an additional fee of 150 USD/guest will apply.
  • The order of sightseeing spots may change based on actual conditions but will include all points listed in the program.
