Schedule
8:00 AM: The driver and tour guide from VietNam Hidden Charm will pick you up at the meeting point to depart for Ninh Binh. On the way, you will have a 20-minute rest stop.
10:30 AM: The first destination is Bai Dinh Pagoda, known for holding many records not only in Vietnam but also worldwide. The first impression upon arrival is the grand Three-Gate Entrance, built on a massive scale with three-layered roofs covered in Bat Trang tiles. Walking through the entrance, visitors will see over 500 Arhat statues carved from greenstone with exquisite details.
Next is the Bell Tower, home to the largest bell in Vietnam, intricately carved with patterns and two Buddhist scriptures in Chinese. Behind the Bell Tower, you will find the Guan Yin Hall and Phap Chu Hall, constructed entirely from precious ironwood. Inside stands the Thousand-Hand, Thousand-Eye Guan Yin Buddha Statue, the largest of its kind in Vietnam.
Perched at the highest peak is the Three-World Buddha Hall, the most massive structure in Bai Dinh Pagoda. From here, visitors can take in panoramic views of the pagoda complex. Inside, three giant Buddha statues symbolize the Buddhas of the past, present, and future, guiding all beings to enlightenment. Nearby stands the Di Lac Buddha Statue, symbolizing optimism and joy with a gentle smile spreading happiness to the world.
12:30 PM: Guests return to a restaurant for lunch and rest.
2:00 PM: The tour continues to Trang An. Guests will board boats drifting along the Sao Khe River, meandering beneath limestone mountains and through pristine forests and reeds, passing through 9 main caves such as Light Cave, Dark Cave, and Wine-Brewing Cave. The experience of entering these deep caves, admiring the unique stalactite formations, and immersing in the serene nature is truly unforgettable.
The most exciting part: Visitors can witness the stunning landscapes where the movie King Kong was filmed. Scenes from the movie, resembling breathtaking paintings, will unfold before your eyes. You can explore and take photos at the Aboriginal Village featured in the Hollywood blockbuster KONG: SKULL ISLAND, shot in the Trang An complex.
5:00 PM: Return to the hotel for check-in and relaxation.
6:30 – 8:00 PM: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
After dinner, guests can explore Ninh Binh at night.
Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, take in the fresh air and peaceful countryside scenery.
10:30 AM: The guide will take you to visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, learning about its history and Vietnam’s over 1,000-year-old heritage. Guests will explore the Temples of Kings Dinh and Le.
Additionally, Hoa Lu, situated in a semi-mountainous region transitioning between highlands and lowlands, features many scenic caves and landscapes, making it a top attraction for visitors annually.
11:30 AM: After the visit, guests will have 30 minutes of complimentary biking to explore Bich Dong Pagoda or cycle around villages for sightseeing and souvenir shopping.
12:15 PM: Enjoy a buffet lunch with Ninh Binh’s specialties.
Afternoon: The next stop is Tam Coc, also known as the “Second Best Cave Complex of Southern Vietnam.” Tam Coc consists of three caves: Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba, formed over millions of years.
Guests will take a boat ride along the Ngo Dong River, surrounded by lush greenery and limestone karsts, creating a picturesque and surreal atmosphere.
With its majestic beauty and thousands of limestone peaks, Tam Coc is often called the “Halong Bay on land.” It is a famous attraction for both domestic and international tourists.
5:00 PM: After visiting Tam Coc, guests will return to Hanoi.
7:30 PM: Arrive in Hanoi, concluding a memorable Ninh Binh tour.
The driver and guide bid farewell and look forward to welcoming guests on future journeys.

- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% of the tour price.
- Children from 05 – 09 years old: 50% of the tour price. If there is a second child or more, 75% of the tour price per child will be charged. (Children share a bed with parents).
- Children under 04 years old: Free of charge. Each family is allowed to bring one child under 05 years old for free; if there is a second child or more, 50% of the tour price will be charged. (Children share a bed with parents).
- The price applies to children sharing a bed with parents. If guests request a separate bed for children, 100% of the tour price must be paid.
- The price applies to customers from 10 to 69 years old. Customers aged 70 and above are required to provide a health certificate proving they are fit to travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.
- The price applies to Vietnamese customers. Foreign nationals, please contact the sales department for more details.
- Prices may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges or if visa fees change.
- Travel insurance does not cover losses arising from pre-existing medical conditions, congenital diseases or disabilities, HIV, AIDS and related illnesses, or chronic diseases, whether detected before or during the insurance period.
- The itinerary and flight schedule may vary depending on the specific departure date.
SUPPLEMENT POLICY FOR HOLIDAYS AND FESTIVAL PERIODS
Additional 20% surcharge for holiday periods: 1/1, 30/4, 1/5, 2/9, 31/12, Lunar New Year, etc.
TOUR PAYMENT POLICY (after confirmation):
Customers must deposit 50% of the tour price after confirming the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before the tour departure.
TOUR CHANGE POLICY (after confirmation):
After registering for the tour, cancellations are not allowed. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- If Party A cancels the trip more than 7 days before departure, Party A must compensate Party B with 50% of the total contract value.
- If Party A cancels the trip less than 7 days before departure, Party A must compensate Party B with 80% of the total contract value.
- If Party A postpones or cancels within 48 hours before departure, a penalty of 90% of the total contract value will be applied.
- If Party A unilaterally withdraws from the program without prior notice to Party B, Party A will not be entitled to any refunds for services.
- For airline tickets, Party B will follow the airline's regulations.
**In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, or incidents and schedule changes of public transportation services such as airplanes or trains, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers. The company shall not be liable for any arising damages**.
