Itinerary:
HANOI – PAKSAN – VIENTIANE – UDON THANI – PAKSAN – HANOI
Duration: 4 days/3 nights (by road)

Schedule
4:05: The car and guide will pick you up at the meeting point and Departure to Laos. Breakfast in Thanh Hoa. Lunch at Son Kim eco-tourism area, Huong Son district – Ha Tinh.
After lunch, you will continue Departure to Paksan via National Highway 8. You will have the opportunity to admire the majestic Truong Son mountains, which also serve as the natural border between Vietnam and Laos. After completing immigration procedures to Laos through Cau Treo – Namphao International Border Gate, Huong Son, Ha Tinh, you will continue the journey. On the way, you will have the opportunity to see the panoramic view of Nam Thon Hydropower Plant, stop at Da Pass (Cat's Ear Rock), and take souvenir photos at the highest point of National Highway 8 located in Nakai-NamTheun National Park in Bolikhamxai and Khammoun provinces.
Around 18:00, you will arrive at Paksan town, the capital of Bolikhamxay province. Bolikhamxay is a central province of Laos, and its capital Paksan is 145km from Vientiane.
Check-in. Dinner. Overnight in Paksan.

6:00: Breakfast at the hotel. You will continue Departure to Vientiane capital. Upon arrival in Vientiane, you will visit: Simuang Temple, the most sacred temple in Vientiane capital, built in the 16th century with the main material being laterite... You will perform ceremonies and pray with the wrist-tying ritual given by the monks... , Patuxay Victory Monument – the Arc de Triomphe of Vientiane capital, a memorial to the heroes who bravely sacrificed for the brotherhood of Lao tribes, That Luang – the symbol of Theravada Buddhism in Laos, said to be the place where the relics of Buddha Shakyamuni are kept... You are free to shop for souvenirs such as Lao silver, handicrafts, Lao dried beef specialties... Lunch at the restaurant.
After lunch, you will Departure to Udonthani, Thailand through Friendship Bridge I over the Mekong River. On the way, visit Buddha Park (Salakeoku) in Nongkhai, Thailand – with thousands of Buddha statues, gods, sacred animals, demons, humans, symbolizing many states and thoughts from Hinduism, Buddhism to everyday life and the afterlife, including the deities in the Ramayana epic, the Buddha statues and Brahma, Vinus, Shiva, Arjuna, Rama, Sita... vividly illustrated by the author Bounlua Suliat and skilled craftsmen using modern materials such as cement, bricks, iron...
Arrive in Udon, check-in. Dinner. Free to explore Udon Thani at night. Overnight in Udon.
6:00: Breakfast at the hotel. You will Departure to visit President Ho Chi Minh Memorial in Nong On village – Chieng Phin – Udon Thani, about 12km from the city center, one of the places where Uncle Ho lived and carried out revolutionary activities in 1928-1929 in Thailand: You will perform incense and flower offering ceremonies... and listen to the Vietnamese expatriates in Udon province introduce the memorial area and Uncle Ho's activities here...
You are free to shop for goods at supermarkets: Big C (popular supermarket), Central Plaza (luxury supermarket)... Lunch. After that, you will Departure back to Paksan. Dinner and overnight in Paksan.
4:30, check-out. You will Departure back to Vietnam. Breakfast at a local restaurant (sticky rice, Lao-style chicken). Lunch at Son Kim eco-tourism area with forest specialties. Dinner in Thanh Hoa. Upon arrival in Hanoi, the guide and driver will bid farewell to you. End of the program.
