Tour price includes:

– Modern 4 – 45 seat tourist bus for the entire journey

– 1 bottle of water per person per day

Tour price excludes:

– Round-trip flight tickets

– VAT tax

– Personal expenses, drinks during meals

– Other costs not mentioned in the program

– Tips for tour guides and drivers

Notes:

• Children from 10 years old and above: 100% of the tour price.
• Children from 05 – 09 years old: 50% of the tour price. If there is a second child or more, 75% of the tour price per child will be charged (children share a bed with parents).
• Children under 04 years old: Free of charge. Each family is allowed 01 child under 05 years old; if there is a second child or more, 50% of the tour price will be charged (children share a bed with parents).

• Prices are calculated for children sharing a bed with parents. If you request a separate bed for your child, please pay 100% of the tour price.
• Prices apply to customers aged 10 to 69. For those aged 70 and above, a full health certificate is required, and they must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.
• Prices apply to Vietnamese customers. Foreign customers, please contact the sales department for more details.
• Prices may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges or visa fees change.
• Travel insurance does not cover losses arising from pre-existing illnesses, congenital diseases, HIV, AIDS, and AIDS-related diseases, or chronic diseases, whether detected before or during the insurance period.
• Schedules and flight times may change depending on the specific departure date.

PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE POLICY

A 20% surcharge applies during public holidays: 1/1, 30/4, 1/5, 2/9, 31/12, Lunar New Year, etc.

TOUR PAYMENT POLICY (after confirmation):

Customers must deposit 50% of the tour price after confirming the booking, with the remaining 50% paid at least 15 days before departure.

TOUR CHANGE POLICY (after confirmation):

Once registered, the tour cannot be canceled. If canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Canceling 21 days before departure: 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price (including airfare).
• Canceling within 21 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price (including airfare).
• If Party A cancels the trip within 7 days before departure, Party A must compensate Party B with 80% of the total contract value.
• If Party A cancels within 48 hours before departure, a 90% penalty of the total contract value applies.
• If Party A cancels after 48 hours before departure, a 90% penalty of the total contract value applies.
• If Party A does not notify Party B and does not join the tour, no refunds will be issued.
