Schedule
Morning: 6:00 AM: The bus and tour guide from VietNam Hidden Charm will pick you up at the designated location for departure to Ha Giang – the land of Shan tea, honey wine, and thắng cố, home to peach blossoms, pear flowers, and vibrant ethnic markets. Along the way, you can admire the majestic and pristine scenery of the Northeast mountains. If desired, the bus will stop at scenic spots for you to relax and take photos.
11:30 AM: Arrive in Ha Giang and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: Continue to Quan Ba – stopping at Quan Ba Heaven Gate for photos. Next, visit Fairy Twin Mountains, a natural masterpiece gifted to this land, along with its fascinating legend. Then, head to Yen Minh, home to the vast pine forests, often called “Vietnam’s most beautiful pine forest”.
Afterward, check in at the hotel in Yen Minh and rest.
Evening: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, then freely explore and stay overnight in Yen Minh.
6:30 AM: Breakfast and check-out.
7:00 AM: Depart for Dong Van Karst Plateau, which spans the four districts of Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Dong Van, and Meo Vac.
8:30 AM: Visit Pho Cao, Sung La, and Lung Cam cultural village, famous for being the setting of the film “The Story of Pao.” This season, the area is vibrant with blooming buckwheat and mustard flowers. You will also visit the H’mong King’s Palace, a unique architectural landmark with intriguing stories.
10:00 AM: Arrive at Lung Cu, the northernmost point of Vietnam, described as “where you bow down and touch the land, but look up and touch the sky.” Visit Lung Cu Flag Tower and capture beautiful memories. From here, enjoy a panoramic view of terraced fields and the houses of the Lo Lo ethnic people in Seo Lung village below.
11:30 AM: Lunch and rest at a restaurant in Lung Cu.
Afternoon: Travel to Dong Van Old Town for check-in. Then, the tour continues to Ma Pi Leng Pass, considered one of Vietnam’s most spectacular mountain passes.
Evening: Return to Dong Van for dinner. Afterward, explore the old town, which reflects Chinese architectural influences with two-story houses, yin-yang tiled roofs, and red lanterns. Stay overnight in Dong Van.
6:00 AM: Breakfast and visit Dong Van Market (open on Sundays), where ethnic minorities gather to trade goods and showcase their vibrant cultural traditions.
Afterward, return to the hotel and check out.
8:00 AM: Depart for Hanoi, passing through Meo Vac, a historic and bustling town.
Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant in Ha Giang.
On the way back, stop to buy specialties such as Ha Giang oranges, Tuyen Quang tea, and red dragon fruit.
7:30 PM: Arrive in Hanoi. The bus and tour guide bid farewell, concluding the tour.

- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% of the tour price.
- Children from 05 – 09 years old: 50% of the tour price. If there is a second child or more, 75% of the tour price per child will be charged. (Children share a bed with parents).
- Children under 04 years old: Free of charge. Each family is allowed to bring one child under 05 years old for free; if there is a second child or more, 50% of the tour price will be charged. (Children share a bed with parents).
- The price applies to children sharing a bed with parents. If guests request a separate bed for children, 100% of the tour price must be paid.
- The price applies to customers from 10 to 69 years old. Customers aged 70 and above are required to provide a health certificate proving they are fit to travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.

- Prices may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges or if visa fees change.
- Travel insurance does not cover losses arising from pre-existing medical conditions, congenital diseases or disabilities, HIV, AIDS and related illnesses, or chronic diseases, whether detected before or during the insurance period.

SUPPLEMENT POLICY FOR HOLIDAYS AND FESTIVAL PERIODS
Additional 20% surcharge for holiday periods: 1/1, 30/4, 1/5, 2/9, 31/12, Lunar New Year, etc.
TOUR PAYMENT POLICY (after confirmation):
Customers must deposit 50% of the tour price after confirming the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before the tour departure.
TOUR CHANGE POLICY (after confirmation):
After registering for the tour, cancellations are not allowed. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- If Party A cancels the trip more than 7 days before departure, Party A must compensate Party B with 50% of the total contract value.
- If Party A cancels the trip less than 7 days before departure, Party A must compensate Party B with 80% of the total contract value.
- If Party A postpones or cancels within 48 hours before departure, a penalty of 90% of the total contract value will be applied.
- If Party A unilaterally withdraws from the program without prior notice to Party B, Party A will not be entitled to any refunds for services.
- For airline tickets, Party B will follow the airline's regulations.
**In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, or incidents and schedule changes of public transportation services such as airplanes or trains, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers. The company shall not be liable for any arising damages**.
