Located east of Vân Đồn Island, Quảng Ninh Province, CCar Island is about 60km from Vân Đồn port. It is an archipelago in the Gulf of Tonkin, consisting of CCar Large Island, CCar Small Island, Thanh Lâm Island, Trần Island, and numerous smaller islets.

Dubbed the most beautiful island in Northern Vietnam, CCar is a stunning blue gem full of charm. Not only blessed with rich natural resources, CCar also boasts a uniquely pristine beauty: crystal-clear blue water, smooth, white sandy beaches stretching endlessly. Visitors who set foot on CCar will never forget the refreshing feeling of immersing themselves in the waters of Hồng Vàn, Vàn Chảy, and Tài Vàn beaches... and meeting the local people of CCar, who are as genuine and rustic as the island itself.

Tour Price Includes:

– Modern air-conditioned vehicle for transfers as per itinerary.

– Round-trip high-speed boat tickets (Vân Đồn – CCar).

– Tuk-tuk transfer from the port to the hotel.

– Hotel accommodation (standard 2 guests per room).

– Meals as per itinerary (Main meals: 150,000 VND/person/meal, breakfast at the hotel).

– Travel insurance (maximum compensation of 10,000,000 VND/person/incident).

Notes

• Children from 10 years old and above: 100% of the tour price.
• Children from 05 – 09 years old: 50% of the tour price. If there is a second child or more, 75% of the tour price per child will be charged. (Children share a bed with parents).
• Children under 04 years old: Free of charge. Each family is allowed to bring one child under 05 years old for free; if there is a second child or more, 50% of the tour price will be charged. (Children share a bed with parents).

• The price applies to children sharing a bed with parents. If guests request a separate bed for children, 100% of the tour price must be paid.
• The price applies to customers from 10 to 69 years old. Customers aged 70 and above are required to provide a health certificate proving they are fit to travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.
• The price applies to Vietnamese customers. Foreign nationals, please contact the sales department for more details.
• Prices may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges or if visa fees change.
• Travel insurance does not cover losses arising from pre-existing medical conditions, congenital diseases or disabilities, HIV, AIDS and related illnesses, or chronic diseases, whether detected before or during the insurance period.
• The itinerary and flight schedule may vary depending on the specific departure date.

SUPPLEMENT POLICY FOR HOLIDAYS AND FESTIVAL PERIODS

Additional 20% surcharge for holidays: 1/1, 30/4, 1/5, 2/9, 31/12, Lunar New Year, etc.

TOUR PAYMENT POLICY (after confirmation):

Customers must deposit 50% of the tour price after confirming the booking, with the remaining 50% to be paid at least 15 days before the tour departure.

TOUR CHANGE POLICY (after confirmation):

Once registered, the tour cannot be canceled. If canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.

• If Party A cancels the trip more than 7 days before departure, Party A must compensate Party B with 50% of the total contract value.
• If Party A cancels the trip less than 7 days before departure, Party A must compensate Party B with 80% of the total contract value.
• If Party A postpones or cancels within 48 hours before departure, a penalty of 90% of the total contract value will be applied.

• If Party A unilaterally withdraws from the program without prior notice to Party B, Party A will not be entitled to any refunds for services.
• For airline tickets, Party B will follow the airline's regulations.

**In cases of force majeure such as terrorism, natural disasters… or due to incidents and changes in the schedule of public transportation services such as airplanes, trains… the company reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating any arising damages**.
